Meditation · arrive before you interpret

Take a breath. Let the question become quieter.

Guided meditation can offer a moment to settle before or after a tarot reading. This written exercise is an optional reflective pause—not treatment, and not a promise to resolve distress.

A short text exercise

Find a comfortable position and let your eyes rest on one point, or close them if that feels comfortable. Notice the support beneath you. You do not need to change your breathing; simply notice one breath arriving and leaving.

Name three things you can feel in the room: perhaps your feet on the floor, the fabric beneath your hands or the temperature of the air. Let your attention return to the present whenever it wanders.

Now bring your question to mind lightly, as if placing it beside you rather than holding it tightly. Ask: “What would help me approach this with care?” Stay with that question for a few breaths. When you are ready, look around and return to your day.

Choose what feels safe

You can stop at any time, keep your eyes open, or skip the exercise. If meditation is uncomfortable, use another grounding practice that works for you. Tarot Journey’s public preview contains text only; it does not generate paid audio.
